This one is for Donnie

Okay, so I don't mean to brag, but I'm pretty proud of the word I just played in Scrabble, and, well, I just had to brag. Donnie, this one was worth only 65 points, compared to your 89 for DEADBEAT, but I also used all 7 tiles, a first for me.

I'm also loving this Facebook Scrabble--I have been playing with my sisters and sis-in-law for the past few weeks. That is the best thing about it--you open a game and play whenever you get around to it. So a game can be as short or long as you want it to be.

G&G Troxler would be so proud of the way we're exercising our minds. We'll see if Alisa and Emilee can compete with AVIATION. woot.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but I've had a game where I played all seven letters in three out of four moves in a row! Would have been four out of five, but the board didn't give me a place to play that next one even though I had a word out of all seven. :-)

But to get to that point I got so absorbed that I was playing for three hours a day and burned out rather quickly on it, too. I don't recommend that.

Congratulations on your first, though! It's definitely cool. Good word, too! I actually thought 89 wouldn't be hard to top, but it's REALLY high. I've only even been in the 80's one other time, I think, and most are in the low 60's.

My sisters and I love the Facebook Scrabble! Though, we need to get another game going. I'm not sure if I've ever used all my tiles, but I know I'm always making the bigger words and then my sisters play off those with dinky 3 letter words. Argh!! ;)
